Refunds are not available for:

• Misuse or failure to understand how digital access works

Events, Speaking Engagements & Workshops

• Cancellations made 14 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 14 days may incur fees or be non-refundable
• Postponements or changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
